觀察圖b和圖b,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)圓弧形閥芯并不能完全抑制閥芯凹角旋渦的產(chǎn)生,因?yàn)榱黧w流經(jīng)閥口時(shí),由于閥口收縮作用,液流以一定的速度射流角流入閥腔,并不是沿著圓弧流入閥腔。本文進(jìn)一步將閥芯凹角改進(jìn)為斜角加圓弧型結(jié)構(gòu),如圖所示,在相同條件下,通過(guò)FLUENT進(jìn)行仿真計(jì)算。液壓閥a速度矢量圖b速度云圖c湍動(dòng)能云圖圖斜角加圓弧型滑閥對(duì)稱面流場(chǎng)分布圖通過(guò)對(duì)圖的速度云圖壓力云圖湍動(dòng)能云圖和圖b圖b圖b的仿真結(jié)果對(duì)比,我們發(fā)現(xiàn),斜角加圓弧型結(jié)構(gòu)基本可以抑制閥芯凹角處的旋渦的產(chǎn)生,消除閥芯凹角處振動(dòng)和噪聲。同時(shí)閥內(nèi)流體大流速為.0m/s,大湍動(dòng)能為.m/s,和圓弧型結(jié)構(gòu)相比,更多的減小了閥口處流速差,減少了閥內(nèi)能量損失。結(jié)論對(duì)相同條件下的常規(guī)滑閥和改進(jìn)后滑閥分別進(jìn)行流道流場(chǎng)仿真分析,對(duì)比分析可知改進(jìn)后滑閥可有效抑制閥芯凹角處旋渦的產(chǎn)生,減少液流沖擊,降低閥內(nèi)振動(dòng)和噪聲,同時(shí)改進(jìn)后滑閥可以減小閥口處流速差,減少閥內(nèi)湍動(dòng)能的損失,降低閥內(nèi)能量損失,提高閥內(nèi)能量利用率。
