精鑄Precision casting
很多刀片由于結(jié)構(gòu)較為復(fù)雜，需要完美得線條，或者比較厚，無法用切割或沖壓直接完成加工，所以選擇精密鑄造成型。Some blade structure is complex and cannot be cut or stamping processing, so choose precision casting molding.
激光切割Laser cutting
產(chǎn)品打樣，小單量的產(chǎn)品，未定型的產(chǎn)品試產(chǎn)，在不制作沖壓模具的情況下制作產(chǎn)品，大多采用線切割或激光切割外形制作。 Product proofing, single product quantity is little, not production stamping die, use "line" or "laser cutting production.
模具沖壓Die stamping
