如何提供安裝精度直接影響進口軸承的使用壽命。為了延長進口軸承的使用壽命,安裝是必不可少的一步。因此,在安裝軸承之前,首先要確定軸承的安裝精度,然后尋找提高軸承安裝精度的方法。
How to provide installation accuracy directly affects the service life of imported bearings. In order to prolong the service life of imported bearings, installation is an indispensable step. Therefore, before installing bearings, we should first determine the installation accuracy of bearings, and then find ways to improve the installation accuracy of bearings.
(1)測量軸和軸承座孔的尺寸,以確定軸承的匹配精度。匹配要求如下:內(nèi)環(huán)與軸采用過盈配合,過盈量為0-4微米(輕載,高精度為0);外環(huán)與軸承座孔采用過盈配合,過盈量為0-6微米(但采用角接觸球軸承時可增大間隙)。zi由端;軸與座孔表面圓度誤差為2。微米以下,淮安INA軸承隔膜端面平行度小于2微米,軸肩內(nèi)端面小于2微米,軸承座孔肩外端面小于4微米,主軸前蓋內(nèi)端面小于4微米。
(1) Measure the dimensions of the shaft and bearing seat holes to determine the matching accuracy of the bearing. The matching requirements are as follows: interference fit is used for inner ring and shaft, the interference amount is 0-4 micron (light load, high precision is 0); interference fit is used for outer ring and bearing seat hole, the interference amount is 0-6 micron (but the bance can be increased when angular contact ball bearing is used). The roundness error of the surface of the shaft and the seat hole is 2. Under micron, Huaian INA bearing diaphragm end-face parallelism is less than 2 micron, shaft shoulder inner end-face is less than 2 micron, bearing seat hole shoulder outer end-face is less than 4 micron, spindle front cover inner end-face is less than 4 micron.
(2)安裝軸固定端前軸承:用干凈的煤油徹底清洗軸承。對于油脂潤滑,將含有3~5個百分點油脂的you機溶劑注入軸承進行脫脂和清洗,然后用油槍將定量油脂注入軸承(軸承空間體積的10~15個百分點。軸承加熱到20-30攝氏度,然后用液壓機裝入軸端。將固定套壓在軸上,在軸承的端面施加適當?shù)膲毫?,使其軸向定位;將彈簧秤的膠帶卷在軸承的外圈上,測量起動力矩,淮安INA軸承檢查規(guī)定的預緊力是否發(fā)生了很大變化(即使軸承S正確,預緊力由于配合或保持架的變形,ad可能會發(fā)生變化)。
(2) Install the front bearing of the fixed end of the shaft: clean the bearing thoroughly with clean kerosene. For grease lubrication, you machine solvent containing 3-5% grease is injected into bearing for degreasing and cleaning, and then quantitative grease is injected into bearing (10-15% of bearing space volume) with oil gun. The bearing is heated to 20-30 degrees Celsius and then loaded into the shaft end with a hydraulic press. The fixed sleeve is pressed on the axle, and proper pressure is applied on the end face of the bearing to make it axially bed; the tape of the spring balance is rolled on the outer ring of the bearing to measure the starting moment. Huaian INA bearing checks whether the prescribed preload has changed greatly (even if the bearing S is correct, the preload may change due to the debation of the mating or cage).
(3)將進口軸承軸總成裝入座孔:將座孔加熱至20-30攝氏度,將軸承軸總成連續(xù)輕壓入座孔,調(diào)整前蓋,將前蓋緊固至0.02-0.05微米,以軸承座外端面為基準。另一方面,表盤頭部與軸頸表面碰撞,其跳動量由旋轉(zhuǎn)軸測量。誤差小于10 um。頭部位于軸線上,與后座孔內(nèi)表面接觸,轉(zhuǎn)動軸,測量淮安INA軸承座前后座孔的同軸度。
(3) Install the imported bearing shaft assembly into the seat hole: heat the seat hole to 20-30 degrees Celsius, press the bearing shaft assembly into the seat hole continuously and lightly, adjust the front cover, fasten the front cover to 0.02-0.05 micron, and base on the outer end face of the bearing seat. On the other hand, the head of the dial collides with the surface of the journal, and its runout is measured by the rotating axis. The error is less than 10 um. The head is located on the axis, contacts with the inner surface of the rear seat hole, rotates the shaft, and measures the coaxiality of the front and rear seat holes of Huaian INA bearing seat.
(4)zi由端軸承有選擇地定位在偏移位置,安裝在軸承座后支撐位置,盡可能地偏移圓度和同軸度偏差。
(4) Zi is selectively bed at the offset b by the end bearing and installed at the back support b of the bearing seat to offset the roundness and coaxiality deviation as far as possible.
