(三)齒輪泵的困油現(xiàn)象及解決措施
1、困油現(xiàn)象及危害
困油現(xiàn)象是液壓泵存在的一種普遍的非常有害的現(xiàn)象困油現(xiàn)象發(fā)生的必要條件是存在
困油容積(也稱(chēng)為封閉容積)。所謂困油容積是指一種包答著液體的、封閉起來(lái)的、與外界
不直接相通的答腔o在液壓泵和夜壓馬達(dá)上,困油容積通常出現(xiàn)在進(jìn)油腔與排油腔之間的過(guò)
渡區(qū)間。當(dāng)困油容積的大小發(fā)生變化時(shí),由于液體的壓縮性與膨脹性極小,必將引|起困油容
積內(nèi)液體壓力的急劇變化,造成破壞。
由機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)可知,為了保證嚙合的齒輪平穩(wěn)的工作,齒輪嚙合的重疊系數(shù)必須大于1
(ε >1),- 般齒輪泵的齒輪嚙合的重疊系數(shù) 1< <2。這就是說(shuō)在任意腳時(shí)都有一對(duì)輪齒或
兩對(duì)輪齒處于嚙合狀態(tài),具體一點(diǎn)就是 ,在前一對(duì)輪齒未脫開(kāi)嚙合之前,后-對(duì)輪齒將進(jìn)入
嚙合,并同時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)一段距離.在這段時(shí)間內(nèi),兩對(duì)嚙合的輪齒一-方面把吸、排油腔隔開(kāi),在
吸、排油腔之間形成了過(guò)渡區(qū),同時(shí)與前后端蓋緊密配合又形成了困油容積。
如圖3-8a所示,當(dāng)前- -對(duì)輪齒未脫開(kāi)嚙合,后-對(duì)輪齒剛剛進(jìn)入嚙合時(shí),困油容積
V=V+V%為最大值,隨著齒輪的旋轉(zhuǎn)困油容積V逐漸減小,這時(shí)困在困油容積內(nèi)的油液壓
力急劇上升,由于收縮后的容積無(wú)法容納原有的液體,于是部分液體將通過(guò)端面間隙和嚙合
點(diǎn)處的間隙擠出, 流回吸油腔。液體擠出產(chǎn)生的容積損失轉(zhuǎn)化為熱能使油溫上升,擠出時(shí)
由于液體質(zhì)點(diǎn)間劇烈的碰撞和受到劇烈的剪切而發(fā)出劇烈的嘯叫和震動(dòng)。當(dāng)齒輪轉(zhuǎn)到兩嚙合
