2.咸小間隙泄漏的措施
1)固定間的措施
根據(jù)不同位置的間隙所產(chǎn)生間隙泄漏里占總泄漏里的比例可知:控制端面間隙,減少
端面泄漏里是提高齒輪泵容積效率的主要措施o然而間隙過小會(huì)造成摩擦損失的增大,機(jī)械
效率降低,嚴(yán)重的磨損將造成間隙重新加大,并且磨損往往不是均勻的,會(huì)引起更嚴(yán)重的地
漏。雖然采用泄漏造成的答積損失與機(jī)械損失之和最小時(shí)的間隙( 最佳間隙)較為合理,但
是最佳間隙對于不同的工作壓力卻有不同的數(shù)值,而液壓泵的工作壓力是由負(fù)荷決定的,所
以最佳間隙的求取沒有太大的意義。目前采用固定端面間隙的齒輪泵的端面間隙,通常根據(jù)
可能達(dá)到的制造精度和長期工作不發(fā)生劇烈磨損的原則來選定,小排童齒輪泵的端面間隙
s=0.01~0.03 mm,大排里齒輪泵的端面間隙s=0.03~ 0.05 mm.
2)端面間隙自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償措施
固定間隙的措施僅適用于低壓齒輪泵,中高壓齒輪泵和高壓齒輪泵-般都采用端面間
隙自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償?shù)慕Y(jié)構(gòu)。其原因是壓力越高:工作時(shí)壓力的變化范圍越寬,為了保證在高壓之下
泵仍具有較高的容積效率,基于間隙泄漏童與間隙兩端的壓差成正比的道里,端面間隙只能
進(jìn)一步減小,這樣- -方面造成加工困難,另一方面,當(dāng)泵在低壓下工作時(shí),由于摩擦損失嚴(yán)
重將造成泵機(jī)械效率的降低、磨損嚴(yán)重和使用受命下降,中高壓齒輪泵和高壓齒輪泵采用了
