的間隙世漏問題。
1.間隙泄漏的途徑( 如圖3-2-1)
1)端面間隙的泄漏
為了保證齒輪正常的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),齒輪的側(cè)面和前后端蓋之間必須留有間隙,這個(gè)間隙通常
稱為端面間隙。由于端面間隙兩側(cè),以便為高壓腔(排油腔),- -邊為低壓腔(吸油腔),所
以產(chǎn)生高壓腔向低壓腔的間隙泄漏。端面間隙的泄漏有兩條途徑:
①排油腔液體和在過渡區(qū)齒谷中的液體+齒輪端面間隙- +齒輪軸頸+軸承→吸油腔°
②排油腔液體直接越過嚙合點(diǎn)附近的端面間隙進(jìn)入吸油腔。
其中以直摛越過嚙合點(diǎn)附近的端面間隙進(jìn)入吸油腔產(chǎn)生的泄漏量為主,因?yàn)閍封油長(zhǎng)度
短; b.世漏油液運(yùn)的方向與齒輪旋轉(zhuǎn)的方向一致,不僅油液壓差驅(qū)使油液向低壓腔運(yùn)動(dòng),
固體運(yùn)耐液體所產(chǎn)生的剪切作用也在驅(qū)使油液向低壓腔運(yùn)動(dòng)o采用固定間的齒輪泵,端
面間隙的泄漏里一般占總泄漏童的 80%左右,是影響齒輪泵間隙泄漏的主要因素。
2)沿齒項(xiàng)圓周的泄漏
在高壓腔和低壓腔壓差的作用下,高壓腔的液體經(jīng)齒輪的齒頂和泵體內(nèi)表面的配合間
隙,流入低壓腔。由于沿齒頂圓周的封油長(zhǎng)度較大,配合間隙較小,這部分的泄漏里約占總
泄漏童的15%~ 20%。
3)嚙合處的泄漏
由于制造、裝配所造成的誤差,相互嚙合的兩個(gè)輪齒在嚙合點(diǎn)處的嚙合線上不可能做
到完全接觸,而且彼此押金,由于嚙合點(diǎn)的一端是高壓腔-端是低壓腔,所以將產(chǎn)生泄漏,
由于齒輪的制造精度較高、支撐傳動(dòng)軸的兩軸承孔的同軸度要求通常較高,所以此處的間隙
很小,所以盡管封油長(zhǎng)度短,泄漏量依然很小,僅占總泄漏里的3%~ 5%。
