4.液壓馬達(dá)的啟動(dòng)機(jī)械效率ηm 液壓馬達(dá)的啟動(dòng)機(jī)械效率是指液壓馬達(dá)由靜止?fàn)顟B(tài)起動(dòng)時(shí),馬達(dá)實(shí)際輸出的轉(zhuǎn)矩T0與它在同一工作壓差時(shí)的理論轉(zhuǎn)矩Tt之比。即:

液壓馬達(dá)的啟動(dòng)機(jī)械效率表示出其啟動(dòng)性能的指標(biāo)。因?yàn)樵谕瑯拥膲毫ο?,液壓馬達(dá)由靜止到開始轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的啟動(dòng)狀態(tài)的輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩要比運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中的轉(zhuǎn)矩大,這給液壓馬達(dá)帶載啟動(dòng)造成了困難,所以啟動(dòng)性能對(duì)液壓馬達(dá)是非常重要的,啟動(dòng)機(jī)械效率正好能反映其啟動(dòng)性能的高低。啟動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)矩降低的原因,一方面是在靜止?fàn)顟B(tài)下的摩擦因數(shù)大,在摩擦表面出現(xiàn)相對(duì)滑動(dòng)后摩擦因數(shù)明顯減小,另一方面也是主要的方面是因?yàn)橐簤厚R達(dá)靜止?fàn)顟B(tài)潤滑油膜被擠掉,
