超磁滯伸縮材料與壓電晶體材料的應(yīng)用為高速開關(guān)閥的研發(fā)提供了新的思路。瑞典用超磁致伸縮材料開發(fā)了一款高速燃料噴射閥。通過控制驅(qū)動線圈的電流,使超磁滯伸縮棒產(chǎn)生伸縮位移,直接驅(qū)動使閥口開啟或關(guān)閉,達(dá)到控制燃料液體流動的目的。這種結(jié)構(gòu)省去了機(jī)械部件的聯(lián)接,實(shí)現(xiàn)燃料和排氣系統(tǒng)快速、精確的無級控制。超磁致伸縮材料對溫度敏感,應(yīng)用時(shí)需要設(shè)計(jì)相應(yīng)的熱抑制裝置和熱補(bǔ)償裝置。中國航天科技集團(tuán)公司利用PZT材料鋯鈦酸鉛二元系壓電陶瓷的逆壓電效應(yīng),研發(fā)了一款由PZT壓電材料制作的超高速開關(guān)閥,如圖2所示。該閥在額定壓力10MPa下流量為8L/min,打開關(guān)閉時(shí)間均小于1.7 ms。壓電材料脆性大,成本高,輸出位移小,容易受溫度影響,因此其運(yùn)用受到限制。浙江大學(xué)歐陽小平等與南京工程學(xué)院許有熊等就壓電高速開關(guān)閥大流量輸出和疲勞強(qiáng)度問題設(shè)計(jì)了新的結(jié)構(gòu),并進(jìn)行了仿真與實(shí)驗(yàn)分析。
美國Purdue大學(xué)研制了一種創(chuàng)新型的高速開關(guān)閥電-機(jī)械執(zhí)行器EAC(Energy coupling actuator),如圖3所示。其包括一個(gè)持續(xù)運(yùn)動的轉(zhuǎn)盤和一個(gè)壓電晶體耦合裝置。轉(zhuǎn)盤一直在順時(shí)針運(yùn)動,通過左右兩個(gè)耦合機(jī)構(gòu)分時(shí)耦合控制主閥芯的啟閉。試驗(yàn)表明5ms內(nèi)達(dá)到2mm的輸出行程。
