一、控制儀表部：Control instrument department:

簡單觸摸屏操作輸入，整機采用PLC電腦編程控制器、數(shù)字操作、觸摸屏輸入數(shù)據(jù)，可實現(xiàn)不停機改變數(shù)據(jù)，生產(chǎn)速度等，整機自動供紙、自動折疊、自動計數(shù)、自動堆碼輸出，粘箱速度150張/分鐘，最高速度220張/分鐘。

2.供紙部吸風(fēng)皮帶選用高科技材料制作，拉力層無縫對接環(huán)形帶，保障機械在使用中無后顧之憂。

3.供紙部吸風(fēng)電機、主轉(zhuǎn)動電機均選用來自臺灣的高品質(zhì)、高穩(wěn)定性能電機。

4.選用高檔電磁離合器及電磁剎車系統(tǒng)，使供紙部可單張或連續(xù)操作，有效節(jié)制規(guī)格調(diào)整中紙板的浪費及輸出紙板的精準(zhǔn)度。

三、涂膠折疊部：Gelatinize folding department:

2.折疊部選用進口高摩擦、超耐磨特殊材料制作的無縫對接環(huán)形輸送皮帶，精準(zhǔn)無誤地完成紙板的自動折疊。

3.涂膠部選用優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼涂膠輪，涂膠均勻、省膠高效。

4.折疊部配備雙道壓痕矯正裝置，精準(zhǔn)有效地矯正紙板坑線的偏差，使整個紙箱完成最精準(zhǔn)的折疊。

四、校正堆碼輸出部: Correction piling output department:

自動校正、堆碼輸出部設(shè)有自動計數(shù)、堆積整齊、堆碼輸出，可根據(jù)客戶需求設(shè)置成品箱的多少輸出，并自動強制校正剪刀差等不規(guī)范紙箱的成型。
