電液比例閥是采用了比例控制技術(shù),介于開關(guān)型液壓閥和電液伺服閥之間的-種液壓元件,在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中獲得了廣泛的應(yīng)用,輸入的電信號有模擬式和數(shù)字式兩大類,可以用于控制位置(轉(zhuǎn)角)、速度(轉(zhuǎn)速)、加速度(角加速度)、壓力(壓差)、力(力矩)等參數(shù)。電液比例閥等元件可以組成如下三類控制回路和系統(tǒng)
(1)電液比例壓力控制回路和系統(tǒng)。例如:用于帶鋼熱連軋機卷取機液壓輔助系統(tǒng)的電液比例壓力控制回路,用于板帶軋機輥縫控制的液壓推上系統(tǒng)電液比例壓力控制回路,用于帶材卷取設(shè)備恒張力的閉環(huán)電液比例壓力控制回路;
(2)電液比例流量控制回路和系統(tǒng)。例如:用于帶鋼熱連軋機精軋機平衡液壓系統(tǒng)的電液比例壓力控制回路,用于機床微進給的電液比例控制回路,用于旋壓機折板機同步的電液比例控制回路,用于電梯的電液比例控制回路;
(3)電液比例多參數(shù)控制回路和系統(tǒng)。例如:用于帶鋼熱連軋機精軋換輥液壓系統(tǒng)的電液比例壓力控制回路,用于液壓缸垂直配置而采用wI型閥芯的比例控制回路,用于熱軋鋼卷步進鏈式運輸機的速度、加減速度控制回路。

DB/DBW型先導(dǎo)溢流閥
1.結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理
DB型閥是先導(dǎo)控制式的溢流閥; DBW型閥是先導(dǎo)控制式的電磁溢閥。DB
型閥是用來控制液壓系統(tǒng)的壓力; DBW型閥也可以控制液壓系統(tǒng)的壓力,并且能在任意時刻使系統(tǒng)卸荷。
DB型閥主要是由先導(dǎo)閥和主閥組成。DBW型閥是由電磁換向閥、先導(dǎo)閥和主閥組成。
DB型溢流閥:
閥腔的壓力油作用在主閥芯下端的同時,通過阻尼器和通道作用在主閥芯上端和先導(dǎo)閥的錐閥上。當系統(tǒng)壓力超過彈簧的調(diào)定值時,錐閥被打開。同時主閥芯上端的壓力油通過阻尼器、通道、彈簧腔及通道流回B腔(控制油內(nèi)排型)或通過外排口流回油箱(控制油外排型)。這樣,當壓力油通過阻尼器時在主閥芯上產(chǎn)生了一個壓力差,主閥芯在這個壓差的作用下打開,這樣在調(diào)定的工作壓力下壓力油從A腔流到B腔(即卸荷)。
DBW型電磁溢流閥:
此閥工作原理與DB型閥相同,只是可通過安裝在先導(dǎo)閥上的電磁換向閥使系統(tǒng)在任意時刻卸荷。
DB/DBW型閥均設(shè)有控制油內(nèi)部供油道和內(nèi)部排油道控制油外供口和外排口。這樣就可根據(jù)控制油供給和排出的不同形式的組合內(nèi)供內(nèi)排、外供內(nèi)排、內(nèi)供外排和外供外排4種型式。

壓力繼電器用途性能
壓力繼電器是一種將油液的壓力信號轉(zhuǎn)換成電信號的液一電轉(zhuǎn)換元件。當油液壓力達到壓力繼電器的調(diào)定壓力時,能自動接通或斷開電路,使電磁鐵、繼電器、電動機等電氣元件通電運轉(zhuǎn)或斷電停止工作,以實現(xiàn)對液壓系統(tǒng)工作程序的控制、安全保護或元件動作的聯(lián)鎖等。任何壓力繼電器都是由壓力一位移轉(zhuǎn)換裝置和微動開關(guān)兩部分組成的,按壓力一位移轉(zhuǎn)換裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)劃分,有柱塞式、彈簧管式、膜片式和波紋管式四類
壓力繼電器是利用液體的壓力來啟閉電氣觸點的液壓電氣轉(zhuǎn)換元件。當系統(tǒng)壓力達到壓力繼電器的調(diào)定值時,發(fā)出電信號,使電氣元件(如電磁鐵、電機、時間繼電器、電磁離合器等)動作,使油路卸壓、換向,執(zhí)行元件實現(xiàn)順序動作,或關(guān)閉電動機使系統(tǒng)停止工作,起安全保護作用等。
壓力繼電器有柱塞式、膜片式、彈簧管式和波紋管式四種結(jié)構(gòu)形式。下面對柱塞式壓力繼電器的工作原理作一介紹:
當從繼電器下端進油口3進入的液體壓力達到調(diào)定壓力值時,推動柱塞2上移,此位移通過杠桿放大后推動微動開關(guān)4動作。改變彈簧1的壓縮量,可以調(diào)節(jié)繼電器的動作壓力。
應(yīng)用場合:用于安全保護、控制執(zhí)行元件的順序動作、用于泵的啟閉、用于泵的卸荷。
注意: 壓力繼電器必須放在壓力有明顯變化的地方才能輸出電信號。若將壓力繼電器放在回油路上,由于回油路直接接回油箱,壓力也沒有變化,所以壓力繼電器也不會工作。
選用標準
根據(jù)所測對象的壓力來選用,比如所測壓力范圍在8KG以內(nèi),那么就要選用額定10KG的壓力繼電器,還有要符合電路中的額定電壓,接口管徑的大小
3使用方法
首先用于安全保護時,將壓力繼電器設(shè)置在夾緊液壓缸的一端,液壓泵啟動后,首先將工件夾緊,此時夾緊液壓缸的右腔壓力升高,當升高到壓力繼電器的調(diào)定值時,壓力繼電器動作,發(fā)出電信號使2YA通電,于是切削液壓缸進刀切削。在加工期間,壓力繼電器微動開關(guān)的常開觸點始終閉合。若工件沒有夾緊,壓力繼電器2斷開,于是2YA斷電,切削液壓缸立即停止進刀,從而避免工件未夾緊被切削而出事故。
其實用于控制執(zhí)行元件的順序動作時,液壓泵啟動后,首先2YA通電,液壓缸左腔進油,推動活塞方向右移。當碰到限位器(或死擋鐵)后,系統(tǒng)壓力升高,壓力繼電器發(fā)出電信號,使1YA通電,高壓油進入液壓缸的左腔,推動活塞右移。這時若3YA也通電,液壓缸的活塞快速右移;若3YA斷電,則液壓缸的活塞慢速右移,其慢速運動速度由節(jié)流閥調(diào)節(jié)。
再次用于液壓泵卸荷時,壓力繼電器不是控制液壓泵停止轉(zhuǎn)動,而是控制二位二通電磁閥,將液壓泵5輸出的壓力油流回油箱,使其卸荷。
后用于液壓泵的啟閉時,有兩個液壓泵,高壓小流量泵,低壓大流量泵。當活塞快速下降時,兩泵同時輸出壓力油。當液壓缸活塞桿抵住工件開始加壓時,壓力繼電器在壓力油作用下發(fā)出動作,觸動微動開關(guān),將常閉觸點斷開,使液壓泵停轉(zhuǎn)。在加工過程中減慢液壓缸的速度,同時減少動力消耗。
