力士樂柱塞式壓力繼電器HED8OP-20/350K14
壓力開關采用高精度、高穩(wěn)定性能的壓力傳感器和變送電路,再經(jīng)專用 CPU模塊化信號處理技術,實現(xiàn)對介質壓力信號的檢測、顯示、報警和控制信號輸出。壓力開關可以廣泛用于石油、化工、冶金、電力、供水等領域中對各種氣體、液體的表壓、絕壓的測量控制,是工業(yè)現(xiàn)場理想的智能化測控儀表。
壓力開關主要類別包括常開式和常閉式。主要特點是:
1、采用英制管螺紋快速接頭或銅管焊接式安裝結構,安裝靈活,使用方便,無需特殊的安裝固定。
2、插片式導線式連接方可供用戶任意選定。
3、密封式不銹鋼感應器安全可靠。

液壓油是不可壓縮液體,因此利用液壓油是無法蓄積壓力能的,必須依靠其他介質來轉換、蓄積壓力能。例如,利用氣體(氮氣)的可壓縮性質研制的皮囊式充氣蓄能器就是一種蓄積液壓油的裝置。皮囊式蓄能器由油液部分和帶有氣密封件的氣體部分組成,位于皮囊周圍的油液與油液回路接通。當壓力升高時油液進入蓄能器,氣體被壓縮,直到系統(tǒng)管路壓力不再上升;當管路壓力下降時壓縮空氣膨脹,將油液壓入回路,從而減緩管路壓力的下降。
蓄能器按加載方式可分為
彈簧式
它依靠壓縮彈簧把液壓系統(tǒng)中的過剩壓力能轉化為彈簧勢能存儲起來,需要時釋放出去。其結構簡單,成本較低。但是因為彈簧伸縮量有限,而且彈簧的伸縮對壓力變化不敏感,消振功能差,所以只適合小容量、低壓系統(tǒng)(P≦1.0~1.2MPa),或者用作緩沖裝置。
活塞式
它通過提升加載在密封活塞上的質量塊把液壓系統(tǒng)中的壓力能轉化為重力勢能積蓄起來。其結構簡單、壓力穩(wěn)定。缺點是安裝局限性大,只能垂直安裝;不易密封;質量塊慣性大,不靈敏。這類蓄能器僅供暫存能量用。
這兩種蓄能器因為其局限性已經(jīng)很少采用。但值得注意的是,有些研究部門從經(jīng)濟角度考慮在這兩種蓄能器的結構上做一些改進,在一定程度上克服了其缺點。比如國內某廠采用改進彈簧式蓄能器的結構。加大彈簧外徑(大于液壓腔直徑)、限定彈簧行程(將彈簧大載荷限定在許用極限載荷以內)的方法提高了蓄能器的工作壓力和容量,降低了成本。
氣體式
它以波義爾定律(PVn=K=常數(shù))為基礎,通過壓縮氣體完成能量轉化,使用時首先向蓄能器充入預定壓力的氣體。當系統(tǒng)壓力超過蓄能器內部壓力時,油液壓縮氣體,將油液中的壓力轉化為氣體內能;當系統(tǒng)壓力低于蓄能器內部壓力時,蓄能器中的油在高壓氣體的作用下流向外部系統(tǒng),釋放能量。選擇適當?shù)某錃鈮毫κ沁@種蓄能器的關鍵。這類蓄能器按結構可分為管路消振器、氣液直接接觸式、活塞式、隔膜式、氣囊式等。
蓄能器有兩種用途。①當?shù)退龠\動時載荷需要的流量小于液壓泵流量,液壓泵多余的流量儲入蓄能器,當載荷要求流量大于液壓泵流量時,液體從蓄能器放出來,以補液壓泵流量之不足。②當停機但仍需維持一定壓力時,可以停止液壓泵而由蓄能器補償系統(tǒng)的泄漏,以保持系統(tǒng)的壓力。
蓄能器也可用來吸收液壓泵的壓力脈動或吸收系統(tǒng)中產(chǎn)生的液壓沖擊壓力。蓄能器中的壓力可以用壓縮氣體、重錘或彈簧來產(chǎn)生,相應地蓄能器分為氣體式、重錘式和彈簧式。氣體式蓄能器中的氣體與液體直接接觸者,稱為接觸式,其結構簡單,容量大,但液體中容易混入氣體,常用于水壓機上。氣體與液體不接觸的稱為隔離式,常用皮囊和隔膜來隔離,皮囊體積變化量大,隔膜體積變化量小,常用于吸收壓力脈動。重錘式容量較大,常用于軋機等系統(tǒng)中,供蓄能用。

液壓比例控制系統(tǒng)
以比例控制元件完成動力與運動方向控制,分為比例壓力閥、比例流量閥、比例方向閥及比例方向流量閥,可為模擬量輸入或數(shù)字量輸入,視是否帶反饋分為開環(huán)控制與閉環(huán)控制,一般獲得頻率不是很高(10HZ)以內,高頻響閥可實現(xiàn)較高頻率。
若精度要求不高可考慮使用電液比例控制系統(tǒng),一般電液比例控制系統(tǒng)可達至以下精度
位置精度- 3 mm
速度精度帶壓力補償器- 3%
加減速斜坡時間-0.5秒
壓力帶位移傳感器的產(chǎn)品-比例壓力閥設定的0.3% (如壓力設定為200bar,精度可達0.6bar)
一般的多驅動器液壓系統(tǒng)皆要求流量及壓力控制,提供比例壓力及流量控制系統(tǒng)
開環(huán)式比例壓力及流量控制可用于定量泵及變量泵系統(tǒng)。
速度和流量比例控制的分別是:
流量控制只控制供油量,并不控制驅動元件的運動方向;
若系統(tǒng)負載及變速要求高,則要使用速度控制系統(tǒng)。
