比例控制閥
采用比例電磁鐵(或力矩馬達(dá))將輸入信號轉(zhuǎn)換成力或閥的機(jī)械位移,使閥的輸出(壓力、流量)也按照其輸入量連續(xù)、成比例地進(jìn)行控制的閥。
大型鋼廠現(xiàn)場使用的比例閥主要有下表中的幾種:伺服比例控制閥、比例控制閥、電液比例控制閥,比例閥,伺服閥。
1、4WRD E..型比例伺服控制閥(高頻響閥)
結(jié)構(gòu)和功能
4WRDE型閥是三級高頻響方向閥。該閥可用于開環(huán)控制或閉環(huán)調(diào)節(jié)液流的大小和方向,但主要用于閉環(huán)調(diào)節(jié)回路中。
閥主要由下列部分組成:
1.二級先導(dǎo)控制閥由力矩馬達(dá)( 1 )和由噴嘴擋板閥構(gòu)成的液壓放大器( 5),和用作流量放大級的閥芯襯套組件(6 )(用以控制第三級(7 ))組成。
2.第三級(7)用于流量控制。
3.感應(yīng)式位移傳感器( 8),連接第三級主閥芯( 10)的磁芯(9 )
通過內(nèi)置電子放大器實(shí)現(xiàn)閥閉環(huán)控制信號邏輯連接,位置檢測系統(tǒng)反饋,和先導(dǎo)閥的控制。
給定值/實(shí)際值比較得到的差動電壓經(jīng)過電子控制器放大, 并作為控制偏差量傳遞到閥的一級。這個信號推動兩個控制噴嘴( 3.1, 3.2) 之間的擋板( 2)因而在兩個控制腔(11.1.11.2)產(chǎn)生了壓差??刂崎y芯(4 )因此被推動,并通過相應(yīng)的液流流到彈簧腔(12.1or12.2)閥芯(10)和帶磁芯(9)的位移傳感器(8)-直運(yùn)動,直到實(shí)際值和給定值信號再一次相等。在控制條件下;主閥芯( 10 )一直被保持在給定值所對應(yīng)的位置。
閥芯行程和給定值成正比。通過閥芯( 10 )相對于控制邊( 13 )的位置,形成相應(yīng)的與流量成正比的閥口開度。
閥的動態(tài)特性通過電子放大器優(yōu)化。電子放大器內(nèi)置于閥上(振蕩器,解調(diào)器)
零點(diǎn)調(diào)節(jié)由廠家預(yù)先設(shè)定,通過閉環(huán)控制電子放大器內(nèi)的電位器, 零點(diǎn)能在名義行程士10%范圍內(nèi)調(diào)整。移去閥蓋尾部的插頭,可以對內(nèi)置閉環(huán)電子放大器進(jìn)行操作。
物體的位移引起電位器移動端的電阻變化。阻值的變化量反映了位移的量值,阻值的增加還是減小則表明了位移的方向。通常在電位器上通以電源電壓,以把電阻變化轉(zhuǎn)換為電壓輸出。線繞式電位器由于其電刷移動時(shí)電阻以匝電阻為階梯而變化,其輸出特性亦呈階梯形。如果這種位移傳感器在伺服系統(tǒng)中用作位移反饋元件,則過大的階躍電壓會引起系統(tǒng)振蕩。因此在電位器的制作中應(yīng)盡量減小每匝的電阻值。電位器式傳感器的另一個主要缺點(diǎn)是易磨損。它的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是:結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,輸出信號大,使用方便,價(jià)格低廉。
磁致伸縮位移傳感器通過非接觸式的測控技術(shù)精確地檢測活動磁環(huán)的絕對位置來測量被檢測產(chǎn)品的實(shí)際位移值的;該傳感器的高精度和高可靠性已被廣泛應(yīng)用于成千上萬的實(shí)際案例中。
由于作為確定位置的活動磁環(huán)和敏感元件并無直接接觸,因此傳感器可應(yīng)用在極惡劣的工業(yè)環(huán)境中,不易受油漬、溶液、塵?;蚱渌廴镜挠绊?,IP防護(hù)等級在IP67以上。此外,傳感器采用了高科技材料和先進(jìn)的電子處理技術(shù),因而它能應(yīng)用在高溫、高壓和高振蕩的環(huán)境中。傳感器輸出信號為絕對位移值,即使電源中斷、重接,數(shù)據(jù)也不會丟失,更無須重新歸零。由于敏感元件是非接觸的,就算不斷重復(fù)檢測,也不會對傳感器造成任何磨損,可以大大地提高檢測的可靠性和使用壽命。
磁致伸縮位移傳感器,是利用磁致伸縮原理、通過兩個不同磁場相交產(chǎn)生一個應(yīng)變脈沖信號來準(zhǔn)確地測量位置的。測量元件是一根波導(dǎo)管,波導(dǎo)管內(nèi)的敏感元件由特殊的磁致伸縮材料制成的。測量過程是由傳感器的電子室內(nèi)產(chǎn)生電流脈沖,該電流脈沖在波導(dǎo)管內(nèi)傳輸,從而在波導(dǎo)管外產(chǎn)生一個圓周磁場,當(dāng)該磁場和套在波導(dǎo)管上作為位置變化的活動磁環(huán)產(chǎn)生的磁場相交時(shí),由于磁致伸縮的作用,波導(dǎo)管內(nèi)會產(chǎn)生一個應(yīng)變機(jī)械波脈沖信號,這個應(yīng)變機(jī)械波脈沖信號以固定的聲音速度傳輸,并很快被電子室所檢測到。
由于這個應(yīng)變機(jī)械波脈沖信號在波導(dǎo)管內(nèi)的傳輸時(shí)間和活動磁環(huán)與電子室之間的距離成正比,通過測量時(shí)間,就可以高度精確地確定這個距離。由于輸出信號是一個真正的絕對值,而不是比例的或放大處理的信號,所以不存在信號漂移或變值的情況,更無需定期重標(biāo)。

機(jī)械能:
對于剛體來說,機(jī)械能是其動能和勢能的總和;對于流體來說,機(jī)械能是其壓力能、動能和勢能的總和。
壓力能:
伯努利方程表明,流體中與壓力相關(guān)的那部分能量叫作壓力能。顯然,流體的壓力能等于其壓力和體積的乘積。在液壓與氣壓傳動中,壓力能是主要的能量形式,勢能和動能比壓力能小得多。
動力元件是指液壓系統(tǒng)的液壓泵和氣壓系統(tǒng)的氣源裝置。它們由電動機(jī)或柴油機(jī)驅(qū)動,把輸入的機(jī)械能轉(zhuǎn)換成油液或氣體的壓力能輸入到系統(tǒng)中去,為系統(tǒng)的工作提供動力。
一、液壓泵的基本工作原理
單柱塞泵的工作原理。凸輪由電動機(jī)帶動旋轉(zhuǎn)。當(dāng)凸輪推動柱塞向上運(yùn)動時(shí),柱塞和缸體形成的密封體積減小,油液從密封體積中擠出,經(jīng)單向閥排到需要的地方去。當(dāng)凸輪旋轉(zhuǎn)至曲線的下降部位時(shí),彈簧迫使柱塞向回下,形成一定真空度,油箱中的油液在大氣壓力的
作用下進(jìn)入密封容積。凸輪使柱塞不斷地升降,密封容積周期性地減小和增大,泵就不斷吸油和排油。
容積式液壓泵的共同工作原理如下:
(1)容積式泵必定有一一個或若干個周期變化的密封容積。密封容積變小使油液被擠出,密封容積變大時(shí)形成一定真空度,油液通過吸油管被吸入。密封容積的變換量以及變化頻率決定泵的流量。
( 2)合適的配流裝置。不同形式泵的配流裝置雖然結(jié)構(gòu)形式不同,但所起作用相同,并且在容積式泵中是必不可少的。容積式泵排油的壓力決定于排油管道中油液所受到的負(fù)載。
二、液壓泵的主要性能參數(shù)
1、壓力
工作壓力是指泵的輸出壓力,其數(shù)值決定于外負(fù)載。如果負(fù)載是串聯(lián)的,泵的工作壓力是這些負(fù)載壓力之和;如果負(fù)載是并聯(lián)的,則泵的工作壓力決定于并聯(lián)負(fù)載中最小的負(fù)載壓力。
額定壓力是指根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果而推薦的可連續(xù)使用的高壓力,他反映了泵的能力(一般為泵銘
牌上所標(biāo)的壓力)。在額定壓力下運(yùn)行時(shí),泵有足夠的流量輸出,并且能保證較高的效率和壽命。
高壓力比額定壓力稍高,可看作是泵的能力極限。一-般不希望泵長期在高壓力下運(yùn)行。
2、排量和流量
排量q指在無泄漏情況下,液壓泵轉(zhuǎn)- ~轉(zhuǎn)所能排出的油液體積。可見,排量的大小只與液壓泵中密封工作容腔的幾何尺寸和個數(shù)有關(guān)。排量的常用單位是(ml/r) 。
單柱塞泵:q=πd2H/4
理論流量Q指在無泄漏情況下, 液壓泵單位時(shí)間內(nèi)輸出的油液體積。其值等于泵的排量V和泵軸轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)n的乘積,即:QT=qn=πd2Hn/4
實(shí)際流量Q指單位時(shí)間內(nèi)液壓泵實(shí)際輸出油液體積。由于工作過程中泵的出 口壓力不等于零,因而存在內(nèi)部泄漏量0Q (泵的工作壓力越高,泄漏量越大),使得泵的實(shí)際流量小于泵的理論流量,即Q=QT-AQ
泵的實(shí)際流量和理論流量之比稱為容積效率ηpv=Q/Qn=(Qr~OQ)/Qr =1-0Q/Qr且Q=Qr*Npv
3、功率、機(jī)械效率和總效率
輸入功率P;驅(qū)動液壓泵的機(jī)械功率,由電動機(jī)或柴油機(jī)給出P; =2πnMr
輸出功率Po液壓泵輸出的液壓功率,

實(shí)際_上,由于泵內(nèi)有各種機(jī)械和液壓摩擦損失,泵的實(shí)際輸入轉(zhuǎn)矩應(yīng)大于理論轉(zhuǎn)矩
泵的摩擦損失由兩部分組成
容積損失主要 是液壓泵內(nèi)部泄漏造成的流量損失。容積損失的大小用容積效率表征ηpv機(jī)械損失指液壓泵內(nèi)流體粘性和機(jī)械摩擦造成的轉(zhuǎn)矩?fù)p失。機(jī)械損失的大小用機(jī)械效率表征ηpm
