三看粒子度。取一透明的玻璃杯,盛入半杯清水,然后,取少許多彩涂料,放入玻璃杯的水攪動。凡質量好的多彩涂料,杯中的水仍清晰見底,粒子在清水中相對獨立,沒粘合在一的陰陽離子,粒子的大小很均勻;而質量差的多彩涂料,杯中的水會立即變得混濁不清,且顆粒大小呈有分化,少部分的大粒子猶如面疙瘩,大部分的則是絨毛狀的細小粒子四看銷售價。質量好的多彩質感涂料,均由正規(guī)生產廠家按配方生產,價格適中;而質量差的多料,有的在生產中偷工減料,有的甚至是個人仿冒生產,成本低,銷售價格比質量好的多涂料大便宜得多。

上述麻點直觀可見,而模具表面的有些薄層粘附物,經分析主要為鍍前污染砂質中的碳類化合物。它牢固,粘附力強逐漸會變成耐酸堿、抗振動的高粘度膠狀物。在除油、清洗時不易去除,一旦疏忽,流入電鍍工序,必然被鍍層覆蓋,肉眼不易發(fā)現(xiàn),也無法彌補。2鍍層粗糙原因分析:鍍液基本組成是硫酸鎳、檸檬酸鈉、鎢酸鈉等,還有鹽類、有機配合物等。試驗發(fā)現(xiàn):模具電鍍的缺陷主要與鍍液中的雜質含量有關?;瘜W藥品的純度不高,鍍液中的異物,鍍液的頻繁使用,使鍍液中金屬雜質Cu、FCr、Co含量超出了允許范圍等,均可導致鍍層粗糙、麻點增加及白色顆粒。

對于步進電機驅動器老化測試的方式
電子元器件在出廠前都需要進行老化測試。老化就是藉由讓半導體進行超負荷工作而使缺陷在短時間內出現(xiàn),避免在使用早期發(fā)生故障。如果不藉由老化,很多半導體成品由于器件和制造制程復雜性等原因在使用中會產生很多問題。 對于步進電機驅動器老化測試主要有這幾種方式:
1、驅動器性能測試:主要集中在驅動器效率、諧波分析、三相不平衡度分析、干擾分析等測試項目;
2、驅動器響應測試:主要是通過電機測試臺架,給電機施加不同的負載,觀察負載變化時電機驅動器能否根據(jù)算法快速地調節(jié)電機的工作狀態(tài),評估驅動器的響應性能。
3、驅動器老化測試:主要測試驅動器抗老化能力。
