新聞:南木林縣機(jī)械手用步進(jìn)馬達(dá)57HD98001-01圖紙由廈門伊詩(shī)圖電氣有限公司新品上市新聞:南木林縣機(jī)械手用步進(jìn)馬達(dá)57HD98001-01圖紙一般水泵的銘牌上都提到允許吸上真空高度或必需汽蝕余量NPSHr,就是根據(jù)水泵在額定轉(zhuǎn)速和流量下而又不產(chǎn)生汽蝕為原則,由制造廠試驗(yàn)所確定的吸水高度,為了不發(fā)生汽蝕而限制了水泵葉輪進(jìn)口處的壓力不能低于某一數(shù)值。也就是說,水泵葉輪進(jìn)口處的真空度不能高于某一數(shù)值。通常又把水泵葉輪進(jìn)口處允許的壓力,也叫水泵的允許吸上真空度,它與允許吸上真空高度是一回事。蝕的防止措施屏蔽泵的實(shí)際安裝高度,必須低于或等于水泵的實(shí)際吸水高度。
EPS應(yīng)急電源系統(tǒng)主要包括整流充電器、蓄電池組、逆變器、互投裝置和系統(tǒng)控制器等部分。其中逆變器是核心,通常采用DSP或單片CPU對(duì)逆變部分進(jìn)行SPWM調(diào)制控制,使之獲得良好的交流波形輸出;整流充電器的作用是在市電輸入正常時(shí),實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)蓄電池組適時(shí)充電;逆變器的作用則是在市電非正常時(shí),將蓄電池組存儲(chǔ)的直流電能變換成交流電輸出,供給負(fù)載設(shè)備穩(wěn)定持續(xù)的電力;互投裝置保證負(fù)載在市電及逆變器輸出間的順利切換;系統(tǒng)控制器對(duì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)控制,并可以發(fā)出故障告警信號(hào)和接收遠(yuǎn)程聯(lián)動(dòng)控制信號(hào),并可通過標(biāo)準(zhǔn)通訊接口由上位機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)EPS系統(tǒng)的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控。

傳統(tǒng)步進(jìn)電機(jī)控制通常采用反饋設(shè)備和非傳感方法,是有效的實(shí)現(xiàn)帶有安全需求、危險(xiǎn)狀況或高度要求的運(yùn)動(dòng)應(yīng)用的方法。
大多數(shù)基于步進(jìn)電機(jī)的系統(tǒng),一般都運(yùn)行在開環(huán)狀態(tài)下,這樣可提供一個(gè)低本錢的方案。 事實(shí)上,步進(jìn)系統(tǒng)可進(jìn)步位移控制的的性能,且不需要反饋。但是,當(dāng)步進(jìn)電機(jī)在開環(huán)時(shí)運(yùn)行,在命令步幅和實(shí)際步幅之間會(huì)有同步損耗的可能。
閉環(huán)控制,是傳統(tǒng)步進(jìn)控制的一個(gè)部分,能有效地提供更高地可靠性、安全性或產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。在這些步進(jìn)系統(tǒng)中,反饋設(shè)備或間接參數(shù)傳感方法的閉環(huán)能進(jìn)行校正或控制失步、監(jiān)測(cè)電機(jī)停滯,以及確保更大的可用轉(zhuǎn)矩輸出。近期,步進(jìn)電機(jī)的閉環(huán)控制(CLC)還能幫助執(zhí)行智能分布運(yùn)動(dòng)架構(gòu)。
方法和益處
很多技術(shù)都可用于獲得步進(jìn)電機(jī)的CLC位移、速度和轉(zhuǎn)矩控制。按照可控性從低至高的順序,包括:核步法、反電動(dòng)勢(shì)(back electromotive force (emf)檢測(cè)、或全伺服法。
National Instruments(NI)公司產(chǎn)業(yè)控制產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理Rahul Kulkarni提到了一些采用閉環(huán)步進(jìn)控制的原因與適用狀況:
● 無需進(jìn)行參數(shù)調(diào)整;系統(tǒng)
很輕易建立,通??梢詫?shí)現(xiàn)免維護(hù);
● 在連續(xù)移動(dòng)進(jìn)程中,答應(yīng)利用斷點(diǎn)觸發(fā)攝像機(jī)或數(shù)據(jù)采集設(shè)備;
● 控制位置過沖,特別在不答應(yīng)的狀況,例如,納米制造或半導(dǎo)體行業(yè);
● 在運(yùn)動(dòng)結(jié)束時(shí)糾正位置。
