2.1.4 外轉(zhuǎn)子無刷直流電機(jī)
這類電機(jī)軸向尺寸短,而鐵心外徑較大,因此結(jié)構(gòu)上為扁平式,其電機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理與普通無刷電機(jī)相類似,但該電機(jī)為外轉(zhuǎn)子(定子磁鋼)式無刷直流電機(jī),電機(jī)極數(shù)較多,轉(zhuǎn)速較低,在200r/min左右,無需減速齒輪,結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,安裝在自行車后輪軸上。
2.2 按電機(jī)裝在自行車上的位置分類
電動(dòng)自行車用直流電機(jī)按其裝在自行車上的位置可分成以下幾類。
2.2.1 中置電機(jī)
裝于自行車腳踏處中軸上,通過鏈條將動(dòng)力傳遞到后輪上。這類電機(jī)安裝時(shí)自行車腳踏處需進(jìn)行較大改動(dòng),而后輪則不需做任何變動(dòng)。
2.2.2 輪轂式電機(jī)
裝于自行車后輪軸中心,電機(jī)工作時(shí)力矩直接加到后輪上,不工作時(shí)可像普通自行車那樣人工騎行。
2.2.3 磨輪式電機(jī)
裝在自行車后座上靠與后輪摩擦傳遞動(dòng)力。這種結(jié)構(gòu)為早期產(chǎn)品所采用,目前已很少看到這類電機(jī)。
2.2.4 旁褂式電機(jī)
旁褂式電機(jī)通過鏈傳動(dòng)驅(qū)動(dòng)后軸,電機(jī)裝在自行車側(cè)面。

直流測速發(fā)電機(jī)性能指標(biāo)
1.線性誤差
在其工作的轉(zhuǎn)速范圍內(nèi),實(shí)際輸出電壓與理想輸出電壓的差值 m U ? 與理想輸出電壓 之比稱為線性誤差。
2.線性工作轉(zhuǎn)速
在允許的線性誤差范圍內(nèi)的電樞轉(zhuǎn)速稱為線性工作轉(zhuǎn)速。亦即測速發(fā)電機(jī)的額定轉(zhuǎn)速。
3.輸出斜率
在額定的勵(lì)磁條件下,單位轉(zhuǎn)速所產(chǎn)生的輸出電壓稱為輸出斜率。此值越大越好。增大負(fù)載電阻,可提高輸出斜率。
4.負(fù)載電阻
保證輸出特性在允許誤差范圍內(nèi)的負(fù)載電阻值。在使用時(shí),接到電樞兩端的電阻應(yīng)不小于此值。
5.不靈敏區(qū)
由于換向器與電刷間的接觸壓降,而導(dǎo)致測速發(fā)電機(jī)在低轉(zhuǎn)速時(shí),其輸出電壓很低,幾乎為零,這個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)速范圍稱為不靈敏區(qū)。
6.輸出電壓的不對(duì)稱度
在相同轉(zhuǎn)速下,測速發(fā)電機(jī)正反轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)的輸出電壓值之差 與兩者平均值 之比稱為輸出電壓的不對(duì)稱度。一般不對(duì)稱度為 0.35%~2%。
7.紋波系數(shù)
在一定轉(zhuǎn)速下,輸出電壓中交流分量的峰值與直流分量之比稱為紋波系數(shù)。

IKO軸承溫度升高的原因:軸承冷卻水中斷。油質(zhì)劣化,油自身不清潔或運(yùn)行中油劣化,如油中的水分增加會(huì)引起油的酸性增大,會(huì)降低油的潤滑作用,使軸瓦遭到腐蝕,造成軸承溫度升高?,F(xiàn)象:有警報(bào)電鈴響.機(jī)旁盤水輪機(jī)械故障光字牌亮,指示IKO軸承溫度的儀表溫度升高,信號(hào)繼電器動(dòng)作。溫度計(jì)盤(膨脹型溫度計(jì))黑針與黃針重合或超過黃針。發(fā)出軸承溫度升高的故障信號(hào)。處理當(dāng)IKO軸承溫度升高時(shí),首先判斷是否誤動(dòng)作,如確實(shí)升高,應(yīng)做如下處理:檢查冷卻水水壓,水流及管路系統(tǒng)是否正常。
