、直流電機(jī)的日常保養(yǎng)中,散熱是很重要的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),尤其是在日常的使用過程中散熱風(fēng)扇是關(guān)鍵,防止散熱風(fēng)扇被灰塵禁錮是一個(gè)重要的步驟,日常的維護(hù)和保養(yǎng)中要注意。
第二、直流電機(jī)的碳刷日常的更換要及時(shí),為什么這么說呢?大家都知道在電機(jī)的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的過程中,碳刷是一個(gè)很重要的零部件,可以讓電機(jī)更加的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),但是又是比較容易破損的,因此要進(jìn)行及時(shí)的更換。
第三、直流電機(jī)的線路的檢查,在電機(jī)的使用過程中電機(jī)的線路是非常重要的,尤其是線路的老化,及其容易出現(xiàn)漏電造成人員觸電的現(xiàn)象,因此在使用電機(jī)的過程中要注意電機(jī)線路的日常檢修。

伺服電機(jī)正確測(cè)試的步驟
首先先測(cè)試一下電機(jī),任何電路也不用連接,把電機(jī)的三根線任意兩根短路在一起,用手轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)電機(jī)軸,感覺起來有阻力,那就OK。
第二步,把驅(qū)動(dòng)器按圖紙接上電源(例如用了調(diào)壓器,從100V調(diào)到220V,怕驅(qū)動(dòng)器是100V的),通電,驅(qū)動(dòng)器正常,有錯(cuò)誤信息顯示,對(duì)照說明書,是顯示了編碼器有故障的錯(cuò)誤,這個(gè)也正常,還沒有連接編碼器呢。
第三步,接上編碼器,再開機(jī),沒有任何錯(cuò)誤顯示了。
第四步,按照說明書上設(shè)置驅(qū)動(dòng)器。例如設(shè)置了“速度控制模式”,然后旋動(dòng)電位器,電機(jī)沒有轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。按說明書上的說明,調(diào)整撥動(dòng)開關(guān),后把“Servo-ON”撥動(dòng)以后,電機(jī)一下子鎖定了,OK!然后旋動(dòng)電位器,使SPR/TRQR輸入引腳有電壓,好!電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)起來了。伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器上的轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)達(dá)到了1000、2000、3000后可到4000多轉(zhuǎn)。說明書上推薦是3000轉(zhuǎn)的,再高速可能會(huì)有些問題。

一般情況下外球面軸承在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中要注意以下三大事項(xiàng)。第檢查運(yùn)行中機(jī)器的狀況,進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè),以免造成設(shè)備停機(jī)。第如果SKF進(jìn)口軸承潤(rùn)滑不足或過分潤(rùn)滑,潤(rùn)滑劑內(nèi)含有雜志,負(fù)載過大,外球面軸承損壞,間隙不足,及油封產(chǎn)生的高溫摩擦等等。高溫經(jīng)常表示軸承已處于異常情況.高溫也有害于在軸承內(nèi)的潤(rùn)滑劑。有時(shí)軸承過熱可歸咎于軸承的潤(rùn)滑劑.若軸承在超過125攝氏度的溫度長(zhǎng)期運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),會(huì)降低軸承壽命。第在打開軸承箱時(shí),檢查SKF進(jìn)口軸承并且定期性檢查油封。新聞:南宮市厚利直流電機(jī)TK296-02A1原廠

行星減速機(jī)伺服系統(tǒng)變頻器采用矢量控制方式時(shí)伺服電機(jī)輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩可通過轉(zhuǎn)矩電流分量控制,因此,速度調(diào)節(jié)時(shí)可使用轉(zhuǎn)矩限制功能。轉(zhuǎn)知限制功能可用于傳送帶卷取設(shè)備等的控制,以防止伺服電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)矩 過大引起的機(jī)械部件損壞。
轉(zhuǎn)矩限制對(duì)加減速同樣有效,它可能會(huì)延長(zhǎng)加減速和速度調(diào)節(jié)時(shí)間;對(duì)于升降負(fù)載控制,如轉(zhuǎn)矩限制值設(shè)定過小,可能存在重力自落的危險(xiǎn),使用時(shí)必須引起注意。
行星減速機(jī)伺服系統(tǒng)變頻器可對(duì)不同的運(yùn)行狀態(tài),如正/反轉(zhuǎn)、運(yùn)行/制動(dòng)等,設(shè)定不同的轉(zhuǎn)矩限制值;限制值可用參數(shù)或AI給定,行星減速機(jī)伺服系統(tǒng)變頻器與轉(zhuǎn)矩限制相關(guān)的參數(shù)。
行星減速機(jī)伺服系統(tǒng)變頻器有正轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)行、正轉(zhuǎn)制動(dòng)、反轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)行、反轉(zhuǎn)制動(dòng)4種工作狀態(tài),其輸出特性分別為第1一第4象限,不同象限的轉(zhuǎn)矩限制值按如下原則確定。
